PDP for inclusive development

Herbert Chazuka, Shadow member of Parliament for Peoples Development Party (PDP) has accused leaders who lie to people of bringing developments of which is brought by organisations, religions and well wishers.

Chazuka noted that some political leaders make fool of the people that they have built houses, drilling boreholes and constructing mosques as their own developments but in real sense such intervations are from well meaning peaple and organisations.

He expressed dismay that Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is being man handled by greedy leaders, with nothing to show off as the the donations are being used as scapegoat for what CDF is meant for.

“It is high time that people should know the truth and elect leaders that have the interest to develop their areas, once voted in power I will ensure transparency to the people of Mangochi Nkungulu Constituency” said Chazuka.

During a political rally in Group Village Head Chapola at Mpale, Chazuka pledged to revamp road network, education, health, infrastructure among other prospected projects he will implement.
