BREAKING: Mumba not stopping on rigging claims

Runningmate for the Malawi Congress Party says the party has uncovered an ongoing rigging scheme against the party aimed to favour Peter Mutharika of the Democratic Progressive Party.

He is addressing the media in Lilongwe.

Flanked by officials including GS Richard Chimwendo Banda, Jessie Kabwila and Uchizi Mkandawire Mumba said the party has taken all measures to protect votes.

He demonstrated the gaps in Mangochi and Thyolo.

Mumba has since called for peace.
