Kasungu man murders brother in law
Kasungu police have arrested 37-year-old Patrick Mwale for allegedly murdering his brother-in-law, Laston Phiri, in Nkhoma village.
The incident occurred after a disagreement arose while drinking and playing games with others, including Phiri’s wife, who was selling local liquor.
Mwale allegedly hit Phiri on the head with a piece of wood, leading to severe head injuries and eventual death at Kasungu District Hospital.
