Tv series actor dies
Harry Mbelenga, one of the actors in the popular Malawian drama series Mwachande and Tonde Wadula, has died in Mozambique.
Mbelenga, who was well known by his stage names Yona Masheba and Chiku, was reportedly found dead inside a truck he was driving across the border.
According to the producer of Tonde Wadula, Harry Suliyani, the late Mbelenga, who also worked as a truck driver, complained of feeling unwell before starting his journey from Malawi to Mozambique.
The late Mbelenga hailed from Chileka, under Senior Chief Kuntaja in Blantyre District.
