STRANGE: An owl carries a message to woman
A bizarre incident has unfolded in Nkhotakota, where an owl was found in a house carrying two letters with a mysterious message.
The letters, addressed to the elder’s wife, appeared to be from an unknown man seeking to reunite with her, citing no specific reasons.
The situation escalated when the owl, seemingly mimicking human speech, began uttering phrases such as “Give me my husband” and “You Thom, come and let’s go to work together.”
The police were called to the scene to restore order, and they successfully retrieved the parrot and the letters.
Nkhotakota police spokesperson Paul Malimwe has asked for patience, stating that they will comment on the matter once they have further investigated.
