BREAKING: Bushiri wins appeal, not going to South Africa anymore

The High Court in Lilongwe has overturned a lower court’s decision to extradite Shepherd and Mary Bushiri to South Africa.

Justice Mzonde Mvula ruled the committal order “lacked judicial reasoning and fairness,” setting it aside.

The court found the Magistrate failed to address key legal issues, nullifying the extradition order.
