“Bullets didn’t use chances today” – Mponda

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets coach, Peter Mponda, says he knows the fans are disappointed because he did not give them what they expected.

Mponda spoke after they were eliminated from the FDH Bank Cup by a goal to the tune of 88th minute goal scored by Promise Kamwendo at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.

The coach said his players played well but were eliminated from the competition because they failed to capitalize on the many chances they had.

The defeat means that Mapale have lost three times to Manoma this season, having also lost 3-0 in the TNM Super League last week.

Wanderers will face off against Silver Strikers in the final.
