Train KILLS Balaka man

Jimu Yuda, 29, was killed after being hit by a cargo train in Balaka district.

The incident occurred along the Balaka-Salima Railway Line, with the train traveling from Balaka to Lilongwe.

Yuda was taken to Balaka District Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A postmortem confirmed severe head trauma as the cause of death. Authorities are urging the public to avoid railway lines to prevent such accidents.
