Mulungu wins University of Malawi leadership

Yatuta Mulungu has won the University of Malawi (UNIMA) Student Representative Council presidential election, defeating Joel Vilix Chigalu with a significant margin.

Mulungu secured 4,860 votes, while Chigalu received 1,585 votes.

Regina Mdyetseni is the vice president, and other elected officials include Ian Vanrick Binali as Director of Recreation and Culture, Janet Kadzibwa as vice ED, and representatives for gender and disability.
