Esau sent to prison for assaulting women
A pastor Esau Daison Kachinga, in Mchinji has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for sexually assaulting three women.
Kachinga, who leads Life Changers Church, was found guilty by the Mchinji Magistrate’s Court.
Kachinga had initially denied the charges but later admitted to the offences.
One victim testified that he assaulted her in his room, claiming it was a spiritual process to help her jailed husband.
