“DPP has copied our manifesto,”- says MCP’s Msonda

Supporters of the Democratic Progressive Party need to hold their noise as Ken Msonda, deputy publicist of the Malawi has claimed the opposition party has copied the party’s manifesto.

The DPP has today launched a manifesto which now Msonda is describing as a plagiarized document.

Msonda said that the DPP has changed the slogans and other words in its manifesto.

Msonda also said that the DPP’s alliance with the Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) is not in the interest of Malawians.

He said that his party is the only one that Malawians will vote for in the September 16 elections this year and will continue with various development projects.

So far, the DPP has not commented on the matter.

Some of the principles in the DPP manifesto released today in Blantyre include; they will implement free and compulsory secondary education, will provide development funds of K5 billion per year to communities and will build more hospitals.
