” I love you”: Man kills wife for chatting with men
A 42-year-old man, Saulos Mtambo, has been arrested in Chitipa district for the murder of his wife who he saw chatting with other men.

The victim and the suspect were drinking beer at a bar when the victim was spotted chatting with other men.
The suspect assaulted and dragged the victim into their house.
The following morning, the suspect attempted suicide, but was rescued by well-wishers. The police are advising people to seek better dispute resolution mechanisms.
