Stop noise: French national shuts Seventh Day Adventists UP!

A French national, Fabio Kaposk, has obtained a court injunction against the Sunnyside Seventh-day Adventist Church in Blantyre, Malawi, stopping them from holding their annual outdoor worship event, Msonkhano wa Misasa .

Kaposk, who lives nearby and grows tobacco in Namwera, claimed the event would disturb his peace and privacy, despite the church’s argument that they have a constitutional right to freedom of worship.

The High Court of Malawi granted the injunction, leaving the church community in distress.
