Youths cry out over exclusion

Youths in Mangochi have expressed concerns over being left out of policy formulation at the district level.

They claim that authorities and partners do not involve them in decision-making processes, denying them a voice in matters that affect them.

Ednah Manfred, representing the youths, accused authorities of excluding them from meetings where plans and policies are made.

However, the Council Authorities acknowledged the concerns and promised to involve youths in planning processes, recognizing their pivotal role in the country’s development.
