Mtumbuka visits Betere heavy rain victims
Aspiring Member of Parliament for Rumphi Central Constituency, Dr Matthews Mtumbuka, has expressed sympathy with residents of Betere following heavy rainfall that damaged 32 hectares of crop fields and affected 86 households.
