Police in Balaka have arrested driver Steven Gerald for causing the death of businessman Salimu Ibrahim Mulla. The accident occurred at Mpezeni Area when Gerald’s Mercedes Benz lorry collided with Mulla’s motorcycle while overtaking a cyclist, resulting in fatal injuries for Mulla.
