New cabinet ministers to take oath tomorrow
The swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Deputy Ministers is happening tomorrow at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.
The appointed Deputy Ministers include:-
-Deputy Minister of Industrialisation, Business, Trade and Tourism: Edgar Tembo MP
– Deputy Minister of Health and Sanitation: Charles Chilambula MP
– Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development: Thoko Tembo MP
-Deputy Minister of Natural Resources: Chipiliro Mpinganjira.
This comes after President Peter Mutharika’s recent cabinet reshuffle, aimed at bringing renewed energy and focus to government service delivery.
The President has urged the new ministers and deputies to perform effectively and contribute to restoring the country’s progress.
