BREAKING: Vitumbiko Mumba arrested!

Vitumbiko Mumba, former Minister of Trade and MCP running mate, has been arrested by police in Lilongwe.

He was arrested at his Area 47 residence around 11:30 am and taken to Lingadzi Police Station.

The arrest is believed to be connected to comments Mumba made at a press briefing after the September 16 general elections, where he said “WE HAVE GOT IT”, insinuating alleged election fraud by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP)
