Phalombe records three cholera cases
The Phalombe District Health Office has reported three cases of Cholera.
Happy Chawinga, the District Health Promotion Officer, confirmed this information, stating that three out of 13 samples sent to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital tested positive.
Chawinga mentioned that the cases were identified in the Nkhulambe area, which borders Mozambique.
He added that health workers are actively present in the area to prevent the Cholera outbreak from spreading to other regions.
