God saves Malawi Vice President from a ‘drone’
Malawi’s Vice President Jane Ansah should have faced an attack by now, but divine intervention spared her from a drone.
She states that the recent drone incident at her residence in Lilongwe serves as a testament to answered prayers and divine safeguarding.
While speaking in Blantyre on Sunday during the 30-year partnership celebration between Soche CCAP Church and Shadyside Presbyterian Church, Ansah highlighted the significance of prayer, mentioning that she had been informed the drone had been tracking her movements for some time before her security team finally captured it.
“I declared that God would handle the situation. On the day the drone was seized, the individual who came to inform me found me in prayer with my in-law,” she recounted.
“We expressed our gratitude to the Lord for the protection He has provided us. Just after we concluded that prayer, I heard a knock and was told ‘tagwira drone’.”The Vice President remarked.
She said that the incident reinforced her faith in the efficacy of prayer, asserting that she sees the result as evidence that God answers the prayers of the faithful.
“The scriptures indicate that what is revealed to you is yours. It was indeed real. Someone was operating a drone, and I proclaimed that the individual would be brought to shame,” she added.
Following the incident last month, police apprehended a 32-year-old videographer named Esau Nalikole, who informed investigators that he had been filming in the area for a client’s upcoming music project.
