Fake nurse ARRESTED!

Police in Liwonde have arrested 21-year-old Tiyamike Mkandawire for allegedly pretending to be a nurse at Machinga District Hospital.

Liwonde Police public relations Officer, Ngwashape Msume said Mkandawire was wearing a white uniform at the hospital, which raised suspicion among some members of staff.

Msume said when questioned, she allegedly told the staff that she was undergoing nursing training.

However, the matter was later reported to police, who arrested her.

Meanwhile, Mkandawire is expected to appear in court soon.
