Former MR. Malawi killed in South Africa shootings

Former Mr. Malawi, Tadeyo ‘Athidy’ Banda famed for weightlifting has been killed way Johannesburg, South Africa, after a shooting incident yesterday that resulted in 12 fatalities.

His family members have since confirmed.

Banda is remembered as one of the trailblazers in bodybuilding, weightlifting, and martial arts during the early 2000s.

He resided in Area 18, Lilongwe, before eventually relocating to South Africa in the late 2000s.
