APM mourns Brian Banda
President Peter Mutharika and the First Lady have expressed deep sadness following the sudden passing of Brian Banda, the Director General of the Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC).
In a statement released from state House, the President described Banda as ” patriotic, a distinguished media icon, a dedicated public servant whose voice and vision resonated in homes across Malawi for decades.
“Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and the entire media fraternity during this incredibly difficult time.
