PaMsika Platform changing online trading narratives
PaMsika Online, developed by NetSoft Limited, is changing the game for online commerce in Malawi.
This digital marketplace lets merchants and customers buy, sell, and access services online, with features like event ticket purchases and digital business transactions.
“PaMsika Online is seeing big growth in merchants signing up, customers using the platform, and digital transactions,” says Ms. Olive Gawanika, PaMsika’s Marketing Officer.
“More people are trusting online commerce and digital payments.”
In May, PaMsika Online had over 10,000 transactions, showing Malawians are embracing digital commerce. Businesses across various sectors use the platform to reach more customers nationwide.
The platform accepts mobile money and card payments, making transactions easy. Merchants get real-time sales data and tools to manage their businesses.
PaMsika Online supports entrepreneurship, expands market access for SMEs, and promotes financial inclusion, contributing to Malawi’s development goals.
