DJ Kenny sets out massive July fests

Dj Kenny Entertainment is gearing up to present a Winter Weekend Fusion show featuring live performances from Namadingo, Zeze Kingston, and Fada Moti in Blantyre on Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Lead organiser Kennedy Maluwa stated that this back-to-back weekend event is intended to serve as an ideal lead-up to Malawi’s Independence Day festivities on Monday, July 6.

“The Saturday-Sunday back-to-back event will set the mood for the Independence holiday. Our aim is to provide Blantyre with a weekend filled with soul, rhythm, and energy ahead of the national celebrations,” Maluwa said.

The Saturday event, titled ‘Winter and Blues,’ will feature performances by Zeze Kingston and Fada Moti, along with DJs Skippy and Mighty Virus.

On Sunday, Namadingo is set to headline a live band performance at Soul Food Sunday, sharing the stage with Sound Plus Band, DJ Flame, and DJ Skippy.
