Best dancer knows the time: Mkwate leaves Bullets

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have confirmed the departure of midfielder Mike Mkwate after both parties reached a mutual agreement to end his stay at the club.

The announcement brings an end to Mkwate’s second spell with the team following discussions between the player and the club.

Mkwate first joined Bullets in 2016 before moving to South African side Polokwane City in 2021.

He returned to the team in 2023 and signed a one-and-a-half-year contract extension in January 2025.

The midfielder’s departure marks the close of a journey that saw him serve the club across two different spells.

During his time with Bullets, Mkwate contributed to the team’s midfield.

In a statement, the club thanked Mkwate for his professionalism, commitment and contribution throughout his time with the team.
